1. Information we collect
When you contact us via the contact form on this website, we may collect your name, contact details (phone number, email address), the suburb or address of the property where the window cleaning or film services are required, and the details of your enquiry. If you submit a photo with a film enquiry (optional), we hold it only as long as needed to scope and quote.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare and send a quote, schedule and perform window cleaning or window film services if you book us, provide any written documentation relating to the work, and follow up after the work has been completed. We do not sell your information to third parties.
3. Disclosure
We may disclose your personal information to our subcontractors (where work is performed by a partner technician), to government bodies or local councils where required, and to our insurers if a claim arises.
4. Storage and security
Personal information is stored in our customer relationship management system, hosted in Australia. Reasonable steps are taken to protect this information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use Google Tag Manager to load optional analytics and advertising tools after you make a choice in the cookie panel. Choose Necessary only to leave both off, Analytics only to allow Google Analytics 4 without advertising, or Accept all to allow analytics and advertising. You can revisit Cookie settings on any page and withdraw consent. Declining optional cookies does not prevent you from sending an enquiry.
With analytics consent, Google Analytics 4 receives browser and device identifiers, page paths, referrer information and events such as page views, successful enquiries and phone-link clicks. With advertising consent, Google Ads and Meta Pixel receive browser identifiers and website activity to measure advertising and build website-visitor audiences for future campaigns, including before we begin spending on ads. This information is pseudonymous, not anonymous; Google and Meta may associate it with information they hold.
Our advertising tags do not send enquiry names, email addresses, telephone numbers, messages, photos or other form contents. We do not enable automatic advanced matching or customer-list uploads through this setup. Your enquiry is handled separately as described elsewhere in this policy.
Google and Meta may process information outside Australia under their respective privacy policies. Our visitor audiences use 30-day and 180-day membership windows; a new qualifying visit can renew membership. The cookie choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Google Analytics event and user data retention is set to 14 months, with the user retention period reset on new activity. Aggregated reports and platform cookies may have different lifetimes.
