2. Quotes
Quotes provided through this website or by our team are for the scope described in the quote. Variations to scope (additional windows, internal access required, larger property than disclosed, additional film square-metreage) may attract additional charges, which will be agreed before work commences.
3. Booking and cancellation
Booking is confirmed when both parties have agreed in writing on the scope, price, and date. Cancellations made within {{cancellation_window}} of the scheduled work date may incur a callout fee.
4. Standards and accreditation
Window film installations comply with AS/NZS 2208 (Safety glazing materials in buildings), AS 1288:2021 (Glass in buildings — Selection and installation), and AS/NZS 4666:2012 (Insulating glass — laminated film) where applicable. We are a WERS for Film accredited installer and a member of the Window Film Association of Australia and New Zealand (WFAANZ). Window cleaning operations comply with Working at Heights and WaterSafe protocols.
5. Insurance and liability
We hold $20M public liability insurance and active WorkCover SA registration. Certificates of currency are available on request. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the cost of the work performed under the relevant quote.
6. Warranty
We provide a 12-month service warranty on completed window cleaning work, subject to the operator's standard warranty conditions. Window film installations carry a 12-year manufacturer warranty on film and labour, registered with the manufacturer at handover.
7. Service scope
Vista Fox specialises in architectural window film for residential and commercial properties. We do not perform automotive window tinting. For automotive tinting, please consult your local automotive trim shop.
8. Payment
Invoices are due within {{payment_terms_days}} days of issue. Late payments may attract interest at the rate prescribed in the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 2013 (SA).
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images and the Vista Fox brand mark, is the property of Vista Fox or its licensors and is protected by Australian copyright and trade mark law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
